Herb Quality

We strive to only provide products created using wildcrafted or organic herbs that are non irradiated. Our vegan, vegetable capsules are plant-based, non-GMO and free of gluten, preservatives and allergens.

Questions/Concerns

For questions/concerns about orders or our products, please email us at info@highertohealth.com. We do not see all of the DM's and/or comments on our Instagram.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only once the items are returned unopened.

Processing/Shipping Orders

All orders take 3 to 5 business days to ship from our shop, plus standard transit times. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order. 

International Shipping

International shipping is available but please be advised, we ship from the U.S. and some international orders may be subject to custom charges upon arrival. You will be responsible for these and they will not be reimbursed. If you refuse to pay the custom fees for the package, we will not reimburse the shipping fees but we will gladly refund the price for the products. Also please note, some international orders may sit in transit for up to one month plus. We will only send a new order if the order has been stuck in transit for an excess of sixty (60) days.
