Herb Quality

We are a family owned business striving to only provide products created using wildcrafted or organic herbs that are non irradiated. Our vegan, vegetable capsules are plant-based, non-GMO and free of gluten, preservatives and allergens.

Questions/Concerns

For questions/concerns about orders or our products, please email us at info@highertohealth.com. We do not see all of the DM's and/or comments on our Instagram. All instructions for cleanses are sent from Higher To Health, so please search your inbox for this name before emailing us. You can also type in our email address info@highertohealth.com. We also include a QR code with detoxes and cleanses in the package so you can pull the instructions up directly on your phone. 

Refunds

Refunds are issued only once the items are returned unopened. Please see shop address below. We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any other reason including delay in shipping due to the nature of our product unless it was an error on our part. If you have a missing or incorrect item, please email us at info@highertohealth.com with a picture of your invoice and we will ship you out a new package immediately. If you provided the wrong address and the package is returned back to us, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the cost of re-shipping your order. 

Subscriptions

To cancel a subscription, please first log in your account. Select the tab for upcoming orders and scroll to the bottom and press cancel subscription button. YOU MUST ALSO EMAIL info@highertohealth.com to confirm you would like to cancel the subscription. If you do not email us, we cannot ensure the subscription is canceled and you may be charged again.

Processing/Shipping Orders

All orders take 3-7 business days to ship from our shop, plus standard transit times. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order. Make sure to check the spam emails in your inbox.  If you did not receive the instructions for your detox immediately upon purchase from SendOwl, please email us at info@highertohealth.com and put MISSING INSTRUCTIONS as subject. 

Lost/Stolen/Missing/Package- Packages lost, stolen, missing, or indicated delivered by the United States Post Office (or other shipping carriers) can be frustrating as we do understand. Please send us an email that your item was lost/stolen as we will need to document this issue. If the package is shipped out correctly by Higher to Health and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper, are not responsible. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take 2 weeks. Unfortunately, if they do not accept responsibility, this issue is between you and the carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping is available but please be advised, we ship from the U.S. and some international orders may be subject to custom charges upon arrival. You will be responsible for these and they will not be reimbursed. If you refuse to pay the custom fees for the package, we will not reimburse the shipping fees but we will gladly refund the price for the products. Also please note, some international orders may sit in transit for up to one month plus. We will only send a new order if the order has been stuck in transit for an excess of sixty (60) days.
