Pau d’Arco Tea has remarkable properties that can assist with stomach, skin, and inflammatory conditions. Pau d’Arco’s many medicinal properties include antifungal, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antiviral and anti-parasitic. As well as killing off the bacteria and fungi that lead to infection, Pau d’Arco helps to detox toxins from the body. This herb has a loosening effect on the bowels, speeding bowel transition time, and improving the elimination of fecal matter.

A cup of tea can easily be consumed three times daily for relief. Add 1-2 teaspoons and 1 cup of boiling water to a mug. Steep for 10-15 minutes.
