Burdock Root Tea has a nutrient-dense profile containing powerful antioxidants such as phenolic acids, luteolin and quercetin as well as essential minerals like Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Selenium, Zinc, Calcium, etc.

Burdock Roots antioxidant profile allows the blood to detoxify and allows for improved circulation which is optimal for skin health. 

Burdock root tea can easily be made. Add 1 tablespoon into a small stainless pot. Add 3 cups of spring water. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to steep for another 20 minutes and strain before serving hot.
